Using recognised Learning Technique theory Honey & Mumford, this app is for individuals who wish to optimise their effectiveness and improve their interactions with other types of individuals. This app will identify areas where interactions or skills may be outside of an individuals comfort zone, and identifies how to improve their interactions with others to increase the effectiveness of communication.

The app also allows managers of teams to review their team as a whole, to understand the dynamic within the team, areas of potential weakness, or areas of possible conflict from having too many of the same type of person. It also allows the managers to view how to best interact with their team members to get the best out of them.
